Welcome to TONE & BURN - a new Program in Online Studio Pilatesness which is aimed to help all Women, achieve amazing results by exercising only 30 min a day.​
In this program we’re using the LIIT training method (which stands for Low-Intensity Interval Training) We’re focusing on slow, controlled movements. Because, when you slow the movement down, you keep the muscle working for longer - which gives you the same burn as with a HIIT class - but without stressing your body and joints.

LIIT is a more holistic approach to working out - I want you to try adding each day of this program to your daily routine. No matter how hectic your life is, this program will help you recover quicker and manage stress. Stress empowers weight gain - thanks to the hormone cortisol. LIIT can help with reducing this hormone.

With LIIT we’re gonna achieve total body toning and fat burn effect, all in a calm and positive manner by loving and cherishing our body and mind.

  • Day 1 Booty

    It’s a BOOTY DAY, and we’re gonna be exercising in intervals, 30 sec on and 15 sec off. Get ready and I’ll see you on the mat.

  • Day 2 Arms

    For Arms day we’re gonna be using hand weights. Mine are per 1 kg weight, but you can use any that you have at home. Grab a pair of dumbbells and I’ll meet you on the mat.

  • Day 3 Legs

    Today is Legs day, and we’re gonna focus on sculpting and toning beautiful and lean legs. Get ready and join me on the mat.

  • Day 4 Back and Spine

    Today we’re going to focus on the back and spine. We’re gonna be using hand weights per 1-kilo weight. We go easy and slowly in intervals of 30 sec on and 15 sec off. Grab a pair of dumbbells and I’ll see you on the mat.

  • Day 5 Core

    It’s Day 5, the last day of TONE & BURN. Today’s class will impact the strength of your core, and we all know that a strong core provides the strength of the whole body. So, let’s get started, join me on the mat.
