OVULATORY PHASE

The ovulatory phase starts on day 12 and ends on day 17 of your cycle. This is a great time to build muscles and increase your endurance, so we are focusing on cardio and strength workouts in this phase.

NUTRITION:

Just after ovulation, you will notice lower energy levels, and digestive problems are likely to occur. To prevent bloating and constipation avoid salty food and eat fiber-rich food.

The ovulatory phase starts when the egg is released from the ovary. You feel the most attractive ever during this time of your cycle. This is a great time to have a date, if you are single, or to start a new project.
